About The Event
The SEPTON General Assembly was successfully conducted on October 17-18, 2024, in Genoa, Italy, in order for the consortium members to discuss the latest developments on secure and decentralized healthcare solutions. The key topics of discussion included the use of blockchain technology for the exchange of medical data, enhancing security for medical devices, and catching up with challenges in network security to protect sensitive healthcare systems. It also discussed effective ways through which the assembly can work toward the interoperability and resilience of healthcare infrastructures, in view of continuously changing threats.
